Issues: Judicial Branch

For too long the federal judiciary has acted as an unelected legislature, changing laws and creating new rights. It is time congress asserted its authority granted in Article III, Section: 2 of the US Constitution which states that the Supreme Court's and the lower federal courts' appellate jurisdiction is subject to congressional exceptions and regulations.

Instead of just complaining, congress needs to return the courts to their rightful place in the system, not as the last word on everything.
